USER RESEARCH at TWITTER

At Twitter, I tackled one of the platform's most pressing challenges: combating abuse. As a User Researcher, I worked on three research projects, employing generative and evaluative research methodologies to enhance platform health. The goal was to empower users by providing them with the tools to control their conversations and, most importantly, to ensure a safer online environment for everyone.

PROJECTS

  • A solution to prevent abuse: How could we give customers a way to control the conversation on their replies and restore a balance between Tweet authors and Tweet repliers?

  • A new and easy way to find the conversations happening on Twitter about the things customers love, managing a research portfolio of foundational and evaluative insights

  • A better and more organized way for partners to manage campaigns on Twitter
